THE GITE

Your house :

It is the south wing, facing the Pyrénées mountains, of an old U-shaped farm located on the edge of the village, and set in the middle of fields.
Outside, it has the charm of an old country house built with earth and pebbles, but the inside was recently renovated and offers the same comfort as any modern villa: insulation, double glazing, ventilation, electric heating, Bultex bedding, and a layer of concrete between ground floor and first floor, for better soundproofing.
The gîte can accommodate up to six people (children included).

Outside :

Two covered terraces with barbecue and garden furniture, orchard, private parking for 3 vehicles.

Ground floor :

33m² sitting/dining room looking on to a covered terrace, with telephone, television and sitting-room area, kitchen corner with double sink, 4-ring hob, electric oven, microwave oven, 12-plate dishwhasher, coffee-maker, large table sitting 8/10.
A laundry room with whasher/drier, fridge-freezer, washing-line, ironing board.
A 16m² bedroom, with double bed and bathroom: bath, washbasin, wc. Separate wc on the landing.

First floor :

The "yellow" room: 14m², with 2 single beds, and shower room: shower, washbasin, wc.
The "pink" room: 16m², with 2 single beds, and shower room: shower, washbasin, wc.
